Delete Your Account
How to request deletion of your Pet Potty Break account and data.
Option 1: Delete From the App
You can delete your account directly within the Pet Potty Break app:
- Open the app and go to Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Your account will be deleted immediately.
Option 2: Request Deletion by Email
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us:

Please include the phone number associated with your account so we can locate and delete it. We will process your request within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your account information (phone number, display name, email)
- Your user profile
- FCM device tokens (push notification tokens)
- Dogs you own that have no other pack members
- Pending invitations you sent or received
What May Be Retained
The following data may be retained after account deletion:
- Walk and potty event logs — records you created are part of the shared pack history and may be retained for other pack members. Your name will be disassociated from these records.
- Dog profiles with other pack members — if other people are in the dog's pack, the dog profile is retained for them. Your membership is removed.
- Crash and performance data — retained by Sentry according to their data retention policies.
